The Electrodry Tile and Grout cleaning system is the perfect way to revive and preserve all tiled and grouted surfaces at an affordable rate. Our highly trained technicians are able to use the efficient cleaning system in bathrooms, showers, laundry rooms and kitchens.
Pre-treat Tile and Grout
We apply an alkaline-based degreasing solution and let it penetrate for up to 20 minutes. This loosens built-up soil, grease, contaminants and residues.
Power Scrub Surfaces
We agitate the grout lines and tile surface with special surrogated brushes, ensuring that baseboards and edges are as clean as the middle of the floor.
Extract/Turbo Power Rinse
The tile and grout are extracted or pressure rinsed using high pressure heated water, with all waste captured and extracted in one process.
Speed Dry
To make life a little easier for you, we use high powered fans to speed up the drying process.
What is Grout Re-colouring?
The change of season is the perfect time to give your flooring a bit of a makeover and freshen up the entire look of your home. Grout re-colouring completely refreshes the look of your floor tiles or wet areas.
We’ve got more than 30 colours to choose from – just imagine the possibilities!

* Price will vary for very heavily soiled tiles, smaller tiles or other issues that may affect the condition of the tile such as wax coatings. Minimum price for tile and grout cleaning service is $300 and the typical price per square metre is $9 - $11. All quotes and cleaning demonstrations will incur a $40 fee that will be deducted from the cleaning costs if you proceed with the quoted work or another Electrodry service.
